Ghanaian attacker Emmanuel Mensah is making waves in the lower league in Romanian football with his goal scoring exploits.

The former Young Apostles forward delivered an outstanding performance on Saturday when CSM Sighetu Marmatiei defeated Crisul Santandrei in the Romanian third-tier.

Mensah registered his name on the scoring sheet as his outfit cruised to a 2-0 win over their opponent. It was his eleventh goal of the campaign for his outfit.

The Ghanaian attacker scored his side second goal in the 86th minute mark to seal victory in the much-anticipated encounter on home turf.

The former Young Apostles player turned in a rebound on the goal line after his initial effort was parried back into play.

CSM Sighetu Marmatiei are now third on the league table and have already qualified for the playoffs.

The forward will be hoping to maintain his fine form in the ongoing Romanian third-tier campaign.
