Ghanaian international, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah netted a brace for SC Kriens on Friday evening when the team lost 3-2 to FC Chiasso in the Swiss Challenge League.
The prolific striker earned a starting role today when his team played as a guest to their matchday 15 opponent in the ongoing 2020/2021 Swiss top-flight league.
Putting in a good shift to help his team, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah scored two times in the 27th and 60th minute respectively.
Unfortunately, his team ended up on the losing side of the five-goal thriller.
On the matchday, Kreshnik Hajrizi, Michael Morganella, and Marlin Hadzi scored for FC Chiasso to complete the comeback win for the side.
This season, Asumah Abubakar-Ankrah has played in nine matches for SC Kriens in the Swiss Challenge League and has seven goals to his name.
