Ghanaian forward Eddie Nketiah goal sees Leeds United beat Brentford FC

Ghanaian youngster Eddie Nketiah scored again for Leeds United in their 1-0 win over Brentford FC in the English Championship on Wednesday night.

The 20-year-old climbed off the bench to score the only goal of the game on the 81st minute as Leeds United maintained their unbeaten run in the 2019/20 at the Elland Road Stadium.

Nketia replaced Spain international Pablo Hernandez in the 77th minute of the game in their match-day four fixture.

The highly-rated forward joined Leeds United on a season-long loan deal from English Premier League side Arsenal in the summer transfer window due to more playing time.

He has made two appearances and scored two goals for Leeds United so far this season.

He is still eligible to represent Ghana despite playing for England at the U-19, U-20 and U-20 levels.

In January 2019, he reportedly turned down a call up from Ghana coach James Kwesi Appiah to the senior national side, with Nketiah favouring to play for England.
