Ghanaian forward Inaki Williams scored for Athletic Bilbao as they continued their strong start to the season with a 2-0 win over Real Sociedad in La Liga on Friday evening.
The 25-year-old gave Athletic the lead in the 11th minute of the game by sending a first-time shot crashing into the net.
Spain international Raul Garcia extended their advantage in the 28th minute with a strike from outside the area which looped into the net to wrap all three points.
The highly talented forward enjoyed 86 minutes of action before being replaced by Aritz Aduriz with four minutes to stoppage time.
The win moved them to the summit of the table with seven points after only three games.
Williams signed a nine-year contract with Athletic Bilbao in the summer with his release clause set at €135 million.
