SC Paderborn have completed the signing of Ghanaian attacker Kelvin Ofori from Fortuna Dusseldorf in the ongoing summer transfer window.
Ofori has penned a season-long loan deal with the club after passing his medical.
The 20-year-old has been with Fortuna Dusseldorf for the past two seasons as a member of the senior team.
Although he has had his chances, it has not come in the form of regular playing time.
While the technical team sees him as one for the future, they also know he needs to play to help him develop to reach his full potential.
Ofori joins the club as a replacement fellow Ghanaian international Christopher Antwi-Adjei moved to Bundesliga newcomers VfL Bochum.
He is a product of the famous Right to Dream Academy and played a total of 27 games with Duesseldorf during his two years' stay at the club. He joined Duesseldorf in 2019.
