Ghanaian forward Naeem Mohammed scores brace to lead Halmstads BK to victory over IFK Värnamo

Ghanaian striker Naeem Mohammed had a standout performance for Halmstads BK in the Sweden Allsvenskan on a Sunday.

The 27-year-old lasted 88 minutes and delivered an outstanding performance to propel his outfit to victory over IFK Värnamo at the Varberg Energi Arena

He exhibited his goal-scoring prowess by netting a brace to lead his team to a convincing 3-1 away victory.

In the first half, Marcus Olsson opened the scoring for the visitors after just five minutes into the much-anticipated game before the Ghanaian attacker doubled the advantage one minute later.

Few minutes to the halftime break, Naeem Mohammed found the back of the net again to seal victory for the visitors.

The home team managed to pull one back in the 73rd minute through Viktor Bergh as the game ended 3-1 in favour of Halmstads.

The Ghanaian forward has begun the season well, scoring three goals and providing an assist after six games into the season.
