Ghana forward Samuel Obeng Gyabaa has expressed his joy after scoring on his SD Huesca debut.

The 25-year-old scored the only goal of the game in the second half as Huesca secure victory over Mirandes in the Spanish Segunda division on Sunday.

" It was a good goal, especially in the opening game, and achieving three very important points, against an opponent who didn't make things easy for us, " he added, visibly happy.

" The strikers have to get resources from anywhere, and I didn't think about it. In the first I had the option of making one and I stayed halfway, but in the second it came out," he said in reference to that brilliant scoring debut.

"Cuco told me to play my game, that both he and I knew what he knew how to do, that he didn't ask me for anything else. That he showed why they brought me here. I'm very happy because he gave me peace of mind. He told me to be calm and to play football my way “, pointed out the coach, referring to the coach's words before the debut.

"I am very happy, I have to thank them for the welcome and the support", he valued.

"I haven't been there for a long time, but they integrate you quickly into this locker room. The three points have been great for us to breathe a little, because it was a delicate situation, with those below pressing. We had to get the three points and it has been like that. We are happy, and the changing room has suited him very well", he concluded.

The former Black Meteors forward is on loan at Huesca until the end of the season.
