Alhassan Wakaso has recorded his second appearance for Vitoria Guimaraes after returning from a long term injury.

The 26-year-old had a knee problem which forced him out of action for two years.

Now, he has returned and completed his second game for the club against Belenenses in the previous week. The game ended 1-1.

Wakaso was previously fit in the 2018/19 season where he accumulated an impressive 30 appearances for his club. He managed to score two goals during that period.

He has played most of his football in Portugal and France.
