Ghanaian midfielder Benjamin Acquah happy to have the backing of Helsingborgs IF director Andreas Granqvist

Ghanaian international, Benjamin Acquah says he is delighted at his current club, Helsingborgs IF.

Recently, club director Andreas Granqvist heaped praise on the midfielder and stressed that he has no doubt the player will be transferred for big money in the future.

Speaking to react to that comment, Benjamin Acquah says he is flattered. According to him, it feels good to know he has the backing of the club.

“It's a good feeling when the sporting director of this fantastic club says something like that about you. It shows that the club believes in you and that they can benefit immensely from you in the future,” the Ghanaian midfielder said.

Benjamin Acquah added, “If the club were to sell me, I would have moved on in my career, everyone wants to move forward in life. It would be good for both me and the club. I just need to work harder all the time, every day.”

This season, Benjamin Acquah has started well and hopes to be able to help the club achieve its goal at the end of the campaign.
