Ghanaian midfielder Edmund Baidoo has been recognized for his exceptional performance in the Norwegian 1. Divisjon, securing a place in the team of the week for week 13.
Baidoo's standout display came in Sogndal's 2-1 victory over Lyn, where he scored one goal and provided an assist.
The match took place at Bislett Stadion, with Baidoo starting and playing until the 86th minute.
Despite Lyn dominating possession and taking more shots, Sogndal managed to secure the victory. The opening goal was scored by Anders Bjørntvedt Olsen in the 14th minute, assisted by Mathias Johansen.
