Ghanaian midfielder Nikolas Nartey trained separately from his VfB Stuttgart teammates on Wednesday as he nears a return to the field.
The 21-year-old suffered a setback at his knee missing the side defeat against Wolfsburg and Bayern Munich respectively.
Despite the club’s manager Pellegrino Matarazzo refusing to rule the Danish-born Ghanaian out of their game against Koln, he was unable to train with the entire team.
He has featured 7 times this season for his outfit.
