Former Asante Kotoko right back Yaw Frimpong has joined Phoenix Rising FC.
Frimpong joins the USL side from the Democratic Republic of Congo side, TP Mazembe, where he once played under current Phoenix Rising Head Coach, Patrice Carteron.

He is expected to play a key role in the team's campaign this season.
Frimpong will be reuniting with former TP Mazembe and Ghana mates, Gladson Awako and Solomon Asante.
