Ghanaian players abroad were back in action over the weekend, with some putting up stellar performances.

Dutch-born Ghanaian Jeremie Frimpong won the German Bundesliga title for the first time in the club’s history.

German-born Ghanaian Jamie Leweling scored his fourth goal of the season for Stuttgart in their 3-0 win over Frankfurt.

Jeremie Frimpong was introduced after the hour mark as Bayer Leverkusen beat Werder Bremen 5-0 to win the Bundesliga title with five games to spare. He made 27 appearances, scored eight goals and provided seven assists.
