Ghanaian striker Ebenezer Assifuah was on target for Pau FC in their 2-0 win over Dijon FC in the French Ligue 2 on Saturday.
The goal was the 28-year-old's third goal of the season as he helped his side seal a comfortable victory.
Assifuah opened the scoring for the home side on the stroke of half-time.
After the recess, Samuel Essende made it 2-0 in the 82nd minute to secure all three points for FC Pau.
The Ghanaian lasted for 73 minutes before being replaced by Jean Lambert Evans.
The win lifts Pau to 7th on the league table after six games.
Assifuah has three goals in five matches this season for FC Pau.
