Ghanaian striker Kwadwo Duah scores winning goal for Nurnberg in narrow victory against SV Sandhausen

UK-born forward of Ghanaian descent, Kwadwo Duah was the hero for FC Nurnberg on Saturday afternoon when the team defeated SV Sandhausen in the German Bundesliga 2.

The talented youngster started for his team today in the Round 22 encounter of the German second-tier league.

In today’s game, although both teams would play some nice football and create a number of chances, neither side could find the back of the net.

Later in the second half, the two teams put up a strong fight to get the crucial winning goal.

After several attempts to find the goal, FC Nurnberg were awarded a penalty kick in the 85th minute.

Ghanaian striker Kwadwo Duah accepted the responsibility from 12 yards and scored to win the match for his team.

With his goal today, the striker now has seven goals after playing in 21 German Bundesliga 2 games.
