The former Hearts of Oak striker started for his team when the team hosted the matchday opponent of the ongoing 2022/23 Swedish Superettan football season.

Halmstads BK took the lead after just 10 minutes when Alexander Johansson scored with a fine strike.

Later in the 31st minute, the visitors restored parity through a strike from William Granath.

After recess, the hosts took the lead again when Eric Alexander found the back of the net in the 48th minute. Less than 10 minutes later, Jack Cooper Love got his name on the scoresheet to restore the lead for Skovde AIK for the second time.

With the game proving to be tough for both teams, it was Ghana’s Sadat Karim who netted the winning goal to give Halmstads BK a 3-2 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
