Ghanaian international, Patrick Twumasi netted a brace on Sunday afternoon to help Hannover 96 cruise to a comfortable 4-0 2in against Sandhausen in the German Bundesliga 2.

The winger joined the German club last summer but could not flourish in the first round of the Bundesliga 2 as a result of some fitness issues.

Now back to top form, he enjoyed minutes today as a second-half substitute when Hannover 96 hosted Sandhausen at the HDI-Arena on matchday 14 of the campaign.

On the matchday, the hosts led at the break courtesy of a strike from attacker Marvin Ducksch in the 23rd minute.

Three minutes after recess, Patrick Twumasi displayed good attacking play to find the back of the net to double the lead for Hannover.

Later on, Marvin Ducksch scored again to complete his brace on the afternoon before Ghana’s Patrick Twumasi added the fourth to complete the emphatic win for Hannover 96 against Sandhausen.

Taking his tally to three goals this season, Patrick Twumasi would be eager to score more for his team to ensure they achieve the promotion ambition at the end of the season.
