Ghanaian youngster Abdul Aziz Issah has likened his style of play to Barcelona teenage sensation, Lamine Yamal.
Issah was unveiled as a Barcelona player this week and is expected to feature for Barcelona B, the club’s reserve team throughout the season.
The 19-year-old Ghanaian midfielder joined Barcelona on a one-season deal from Dreams FC, lasting until June 30, 2025, with an option to buy at the end of the campaign.
And according to Issah, he possesses the qualities of the Barcelona and Spain youngster Lamine Yamal.
"I describe myself as Lamine Yamal type of player, left-footed, who likes shooting, attacking. Yes, that’s how Aziz is," he said.
Issah was instrumental for Dreams FC who defied all odds to reach the semifinals of their maiden participation in the CAF confederation Cup.
He also played a pivotal role as the Black Satellites secured the African Games gold medal in March.
