Ghanaian international, Ernest Nuamah has expressed his delight after being voted the best Player of the Spring in the Danish Superliga by the league's coaches.
Speaking after receiving the award, the talented winger thanked his teammates for their support.
According to him, he has enjoyed a successful campaign this season because he has worked hard with his teammates.
"First of all, I want to thank everybody, my teammates and coaches, for this amazing season. We have put everything together; the hard work, and it was not only me. Each and everyone here played their part in what we have achieved this season. Even though we could not win the title, I'm still proud of everyone. Thank you,” Ernest Nuamah said.
The youngster has been a star for FC Nordsjaelland this season. He has scored 12 goals in the Danish Superliga and provided four assists as well.
On Tuesday, he was named by Ghana head coach Chris Hughton in his 24-man squad for the next Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against Madagascar on June 18.
