Ghanaian youngster Justin Kumi scores for Sassuolo Primavera against Sampdoria

Italian-born Ghanaian youngster Justin Kumi scored in Sassuolo Primavera's 2-2 draw with Sampdoria u-19 on Friday evening. 

The home team seized the lead in the fifth minute. The action builds on the right, with the ball in an area where a struggle breaks out, this gave Sa Gomes space to tap in to make it 1-0.

In the 22nd minute, Flavio Russo scored from a rebound after Kevin Bruno's left footed shot hit the crossbar. The referee canceled the goal for offside.

Russo got another chance and scored a few minutes to halftime. Falasca crossed the ball to Flavio Russo pounced and controlled the ball with his chest and scored leaving Scardigno stranded.

Sassuolo came close to taking the lead in the 43rd and 45th minute. Leone headed wide and Bruno's shot was saved by Scardigno.

In the second half, Sassuolo took the lead through Justin Kumi. He precisely lobbed goalkeeper Scardigno from outside the box.

Gabriele Alesi scored in added time to save Sampdoria from defeat.
