Ghanaian youngster Kamal Sowah earns applause from OH Leuven striker Thomas Henry

Ghanaian youngster Kamal Sowah has earned applause from his strike partner at his new club OH Leuven Thomas Henry following his outstanding showing in their last couple of matches.

The side posted an emphatic 4-0 victory over KSV Roeselare in the Belgian First Division B last Saturday with the Ghanaian largely involved in almost all the good things that happened on the day.

Kamal Sowah gave his club the lead just 55 seconds into the first half. The team built on that lead and eventually emerged as 4-0 winners.

He combined very well with Thomas Henry throughout the match as OH Leuven bagged all three points.

Speaking in an interview after the game, Henry who is a French international hailed Kamal for his brilliant link-up play in attack.

“We are training on it. We feel good. It is great that he draws more and more confidence. It is a boy who will succeed. He has the right mentality”.

“I'm happy to be able to play with him, his position is good, he can be decisive, his passes are a plus and he also has a very good shot, he is a talented person and a very complete player”, Thomas Henry shared.

Sowah has shown great promise in the early start of the season and is set to play a key role for OH Leuven throughout the season.
