Ghanaians have descended heavily on controversial journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas after a court ruled that he and hia Tiger Eye team must defend themselves in the case brought against them by Ibrahim Sannie Daara.
Members of the public, in large numbers, took to social media to lambast Anas for seeking to avoid court scrutiny after putting a lawyer forward to swear to their affidavit in answer to the human rights lawsuit.
The judge ruled that Anas or his Tiger Eye team must answer to the affidavit, condemning his tactic to use a lawyer as ‘incompetent’.
Sannie Daara sued Anas and his Tiger Eye team saying they lied that he took a bribe by twisting a secret recording of him with subtitles and voice-overs with the sole purpose of damaging his reputation even though their own video shows he totally rejected the attempts.
With the underhand methods of Anas now fully exposed following the recent showing of his crude methods, Ghanaians are now attacking him in the media after the court ruled in favour of Sannie Daara.
Anas until recently has been riding on the wings of ignorance of Ghanaians and blackmailing his victims to rise to fame but the recent action of one of Ghana’s selfless politicians, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong has exposed his wicked modus operandi.
