Ghanaians vilify me anytime I talk about the Black Stars - Hon Vincent Oppong Asamoah
????????????????????????????????????

Deputy Sports Minister Vincent Oppong Asamoah has revealed he will refrain from talking about the national football teams especially the Black Stars due to various attacks directed at him anytime he comments about the teams.

Hon. Asamoah was involved in a war of words with the Black Queens after they returned from their success at the 2015 All African Games and demanded their bonuses owed them. The deputy minister was reported to have told the players to take what was offered them or leave it, raising lots of eye brows.

Speaking to Nhyira FM, Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah confirmed his decision to stop talking about the national teams due to constant vilifications from Ghanaians.

"I have decided not to talk about the Black Stars again because whenever you speak about the national teams, people vilify u as if they are Ghanaians than us. Left to me alone, they should take the national teams and if they should need our help, they come to us.” He told Nhyira FM. The deputy minister has been on the quite now for some time and has intentions of keeping it this way to avoid the bashing from Ghanaians.
