Ghana defender Ewan Otoo has been named Dunfermline Athletic FC Player of the Month for August.
The Scottish-born young centre-back was announced by the announced by the second tier club on Thursday.
Dunfermline Athletic FC’s fans voted Otoo, who is 21 years old, as their Player of the Month of August for his performances in the Scottish Championship.
The award is is sponsored by Specialist Cars Volkswagen.
A Dunfermline Athletic FC statement said, “Well done to Ewan Otoo, picking up the Specialist Cars Volkswagen Player of the Month for August, as voted for by the Dunfermline Athletic supporters”.
Ewan Otoo has featured in three games for Dunfermline Athletic FC in August, scoring one goal.
Taking to social media, Otoo said expressed his excitement about the feat and thanked the fans for voting for him.
