Ghana’s KP Boateng features for Hertha Berlin in free-scoring friendly against Hannover

Ghana international Kevin-Prince Boateng was in action for Hertha Berlin last Wednesday when the team drew 4-4 against Hannover 96 in a pre-season friendly match.

The experienced forward last month completed a sensational return to the German Bundesliga where he signed for his boyhood club.

Due to his age, he has often been allowed to train on his own to ensure he is not overloaded with stress.

Last week, he was called into action when Hertha Berlin engaged Hannover in a pre-season friendly match.

For the first time since his move to the German Bundesliga club, KP Boateng lasted 60 minutes in the game against the lower-tier side.

In the most parts of the game, he looked sharp and was key for his team as they drew 4-4 in the contest that ended well for both teams.

Next season, KP Boateng will be a key leader for Hertha Berlin with his experience expected to come in handy for the side.
