Kumasi Asante Kotoko winger Kwame Boahene scored a stunning bicycle kick at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday afternoon as Kumasi Asante Kotoko saw off Berekum Arsenal by two goals to one in the NC Special Competition game.
Boahene who has now netted thrice in a row and provided two assists produced the moment of brilliance in the 24th minute with his back facing the goal as he whipped in a scintillating overhead kick into the net inside the box from an Emmanuel Gyamfi header.
The mercurial winger was the best player on the pitch as the Porcupine Warriors booked a date with Ashanti Gold in the semi finals of the competition.
