Manchester Citygoalkeeper Claudio Bravo has risked irking fans in his new home, after callingparent club Barcelona a 'much bigger' club than the Premier League side.

Bravo arrived at the Etihad in the summer to replace Joe Hart, who left for Torinoin a loan move, but has yet to fully settle in England. A number of costly mistakes have seen fans fail to take him to their hearts yet, and his comments to TVN (viaGoal) are unlikely to help matters.

He said:The two clubs are similar in terms of budget, but in terms of magnitude Barcelona is much bigger. It was a change that involved many things. Move the family, the language issue, to driving on the other side of the road.

The Chilean stopper however has beenglowing in hispraise for club manager Pep Guardiolarevealing:"For me he is the best coach in the world. He is also very sincere. You can ask him for things related to football. For your family too."

Bravo is the undisputed number one at the Etihad this season - a change from the situation at the Nou Camp, which saw him sharing duties with Marc-Andre ter Stegen. The German played in cup competitions while Bravo held his place in La Liga, but the 33-year-old insisted that he had no problem with the arrangement in Spain.

It was more trouble for the press [competition with Ter Stegen]," he said. "For me it never was. You always want to compete at the highest level and want to play. And then it is up to the coach that decides who'd play.
