Good news for Genk as teenager Pierre Dwomoh recovers from Covid-19

Teenager Pierre Dwomoh has recovered from the Coronavirus disease to give his KRC Genk outfit a squad boost.

The 16-year old at the end of the 2019/2020 Belgian Pro League season was promoted to the senior team of Genk for the 2020/2021 football season.

Unfortunately, he tested positive for the Coronavirus disease and had to be isolated to receive treatment.

Following another check, Pierre Dwomoh has tested negative for the deadly disease and is resuming training with his teammates to prepare for their game against Oostende.

If he manages to impress in training in the next few days, Pierre Dwomoh is likely to be named in the squad of KRC Genk for the upcoming clash which has been schooled for Monday, September 28.
