Great Olympics ready to work with two head coaches - Oluboi Commodore claims

Great Olympics Chief Executive Officer Oluboi Commodore has disclosed that club is ready to work with two coaches after reporting Annor Walker to the GFA.

The Black Galaxies coach left the Wonder Club to join newly promoted Ghana Premier League side FC Samartex prior to the start to the new season.

According to Great Olympics, coach Annor Walker is still contractually tied to the club despite the appointment of former Ghana international Yaw Preko as the head coach. The club says they  have reported Walker to the Ghana FA for violating clauses in his contract.

"We can have two head coaches. Why not? He breached clauses in his contract and we have reported him to the GFA," Commodore told Asempa FM.

Great Olympics made an impressive start to the 2022/23 Premier League with a 1-0 win over Bechem United at the Accra Sports stadium. Samuel Ashie Quaye scored the match winner in the 82nd minute to give his side all the spoils.

Olympics will take on Hearts of Oak in the Mantse derby on match week two.
