The Chief Executive Officer of Great Olympics, Oluboi Commodore says they beef up their squad in January as they seek to win the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League title.

The Dade Boys currently sit top of the Premier League summit with 9 points after five games.

In their matchday five game against Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium, Olympics recorded a resounding 3-0 win.

According to Olubio, they have already signed some good players but they will strengthen the team in January as they hope to win the title.

He also added that they have already started negotiation with some of the players they have identified and is very sure they could join them to beef up the squad as they seek to win the title.

“We have already signed a new coach and some players but we are still going to sign some players again," he told Graphic Sports.

"We have already identified some of the players we are aiming at signing and they are all in the Premier League”, he said.

Olympics have gone more than four decades without the trophy but  Oloboi says the wait was over and this year would be their season.

“Our target is the ultimate for this season and we are confident we are going to win it," he said.

Great Olympics will be hosted by Aduana FC in the matchday six games at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa on Sunday.
