Guinea Bissau vs Ghana: Coach Baciro Cande names strong team to face Black Stars

Ahead of the final group F match between Ghana and Guinea Bissau, head coach for Djurtus, Baciro Cande has named a strong team to face the Black Stars later today.

The two teams find themselves bottom of the group F standings and in danger of elimination from the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

Though the Black Stars have a point advantage, the match promises to be very tough with the Djurtus well determined to amass all three points.

Goalkeeper Jonas Asvedo Mendes will be in post and will be protected by a back four made up of Nanú, Mohammed Cande, Juary Suarez, and Marinho Djalo.

Coach Baciro Cande has opted to go with a three-man midfield made up of Soriano Mane who will act as the anchor, together with Jorge Norguira and Pele.

In attack, the dangerous Piquetti Silva will operate from the left with Mama Samba Balde also playing form the right. Joseph Mendes will also play as the number 9 and will be tasked to bang in a couple of goals for his side.
