English journalist, Piers Morgan has described Thomas Partey as the real deal while noting that Arsenal has finally found the replacement for Patrick Viera.
Signed from Atletico Madrid, the Ghana international marked his full debut for Arsenal on Thursday night when the Gunners posted a 2-0 win against Rapid Vienna in the Uefa Europa League.
Having watched Thomas Partey boss the midfield of the encounter, Piers Morgan believes he has replaced Arsenal legend, Patrick Viera.
“Partey's the real deal - strong, quick, silky smooth, commanding. It's taken 15 years, but we've finally found a replacement for Patrick Viera”, the Arsenal fan posted on his Twitter page after the Rapid Vienna match.
