Hearts of Oak captain, Fatawu Mohammed has given praise to head coach Samuel Boadu for helping him to rediscover his form at the club.

The defender lost his starting place in the team earlier in the season but managed to come back strong when coach Samuel Boadu was appointed.

From there on, Fatawu Mohammed impressed so much and helped the club to win the Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup titles.

Speaking in a post-season interview, the Hearts of Oak right-back says he was encouraged by coach Samuel Boadu.

“Coach Samuel Boadu called me one on one when he was appointed and told me that, I'm the captain of the club so I need to be active in the team by working harder for other players to follow.

“That's what encouraged me a lot to pick up such a wonderful form this season,” the Hearts of Oak captain said in an interview with Space FM.
