Berekum Chelsea captain Saddick Adams has noted that his side wouldn’t have lost their match day-20 game with Hearts of Oak if not for the referee. Hearts defeated Berekum Chelsea 1-0 at the Accra Stadium on Wednesday in a Ghana premier league game.

Hearts after pressing so hard finally got a goal through striker Kwame Kizito who pounced on a loose ball.

Chelsea felt referee Nuhu Liman was not fair on to them as he allowed a goal that they claim should have been disallowed.

“Officiating today was not fair at all and I am sure you all saw what happened on the pitch,” he said after the game

“He gave me a yellow card for a similar challenge on the Hearts goalie but he overlooked the poor challenge on our goalkeeper.”
