Hearts of Oak celebrate 105 years in existence

Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak turn 105 years today.

The club was formed in November 11, 1911.

They have had some glorious moments- notably winning the 2000 CAF Champions league and the CAF Super Cup.

The last time they won the Ghana Premier League was back in 2009.
