Accra Hearts of Oak have held talks with former Medeama SC coach Tom Strand to take over the coaching job.
Local reports suggest that, Strand who unceremoniously left Medeama SC has been on the radar of the Phobians for some time now and with his rich experience in the Ghana league, he is heavily favoured to take over.
Hearts are in the market looking for a new coach after the exit of Sergio Traguil before the end of last season.
Strand who is currently in his native Sweden is expected to arrive in Ghana in the coming weeks to seal the move with Hearts.
