Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed gets customized boots from Isaac Mensah

Ghanaian midfielder, Isaac Mensah has donated customized boots to Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed.

The former Hearts of Oak midfielder made the kind gesture to Fatawu, who he described as his best friend.

Mohammed has been a livewire for the Phobians in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season, playing a vital role in their quest of winning the league title.

According to him Mensah, he got Mohammed due to his qualities as a player and reiterated he believed he would lead Hearts of Oak to the promised land.

“Fatawu is my brother, I got him these customised boots because I believe in him soo much. I knew he would lead Accra Hearts of Oak to lift the Ghana Premier League trophy," he said.

"I’m happy for him and I’m confident that, Come Sunday Hearts of Oak will beat Liberty Professionals at the Accra sports stadium and lift the Ghana Premier league officially,” he added.

Mohammed has made 24 appearances for the league leaders with four assists and could be on his way to make history with the club as they urge close to ending their 12-year trophy drought.

Hearts of Oak will be crowned 2020/21 Ghana Premier League champions should beat Liberty Professional in the matchday 33 games at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
