Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu showers praise on Ghana star Sulley Muntari

Hearts of Oak Samuel Boadu has showered Sulley Muntari with praise following his swashbuckling performance in the clubs win over Ashantigold on Sunday.

The 37-year-old returned to action for the Phobians after missing Aduana Stars game due to injury and in his absence, the rainbow boys suffered a 1-0 defeat in Dormaa.

Muntari’s return was felt on Sunday in matchday 21 of the Ghana Premier League when Hearts of Oak inflicted a 2-1 win over the miners.

Daniel Afriyie Barnieh brace settled the encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In the game, the former Inter and AC Milan star produced a magnificent performance which prompted Samuel Boadu to eulogize the experienced midfielder after the game.

“I keep saying if we have about ten Muntari in the Ghana premier League, I think the premier league will go far." he said.

"The beauty of the game is coming, as you can see Muntari on the field of play, he is doing well, he is playing well, he is very discipline tactically and everything you tell him he does it at the right time."

Hearts of Oak will travel to Berekum to play Chelsea in matchday 22 of the domestic top-flight.
