Hearts Of Oak defender, Mohammed Alhassan has heaped praise of Ghana star Sulley Muntari as he believes his guidance has helped the club to improve.
The former Inter and AC Milan star made a return to the Ghana Premier League, signing a one-year deal with the club.
Despite not featuring since 2019, Muntari has not disappointed in his first three games for Hearts of Oak.
He was impressive in the Super Clash against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
In an interview with Kumasi-based Otec FM, Mohammed Alhassan was full of praise for Muntari as he believes his inclusion has helped the club.
“Sulley Muntari’s inclusion has really helped us. He motivates and encourages us always and we also learn a lot from him at training.”
“Muntari has added a lot to the team and he is someone you can rely on.” He added.
Hearts Of Oak will face their regional rivals, Legon in the opener of the second round of the season.
