Hearts of Oak midfielder Emmanuel Nettey has expressed his disappointment following his side's 2-1 defeat to arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on match day six of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The former Inter Allies ace put up an impressive performance for the Phobians at the Accra Sports stadium but it wasn't enough to prevent the home side from losing to the Porcupine Warriors.

The Reds took an early lead in the 11th minute through Justice Blay but Joseph Esso equalised for the Phobians after the recess.

Naby Keita scored a late penalty to help seal all three points for Asante Kotoko.

"Not the best of results we all wanted but we thank God regardless. Unto the next game. Thanks for the love and support. We move Still Phobia," Nettey emphasized.

Hearts of Oak will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways when they face Dreams FC at the Theatre of Dream on Sunday.
