Blay, 28, has emerged one of the best players in the country following his magnificent loan spell at Asante Kotoko.

Following his return to his parent club, Medeama SC, several clubs have expressed their interest in the dynamic midfielder.

On Thursday, reports emerged that Hearts of Oak have joined the race to sign the midfielder.

But according to Opare Addo, Blay is not on the radar of the club.

“What I can say to that story is that those reports are rumours. Definitely is a transfer period so people will come out with stories,” Opare told Kumasi based Otec FM.

“Whatever that we are doing in terms of getting players into the team, we’ll wait when the deal is done before we are able to mention it," he added.
