Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak issued an official statement on social media denying the signing of former Black Stars player Sulley Muntari.
There were rumors swirling across media platforms that Hearts have signed the former Inter Milan and AC Milan on a free transfer.
The 35 year old was recently training with the Phobians after ending his spell with Spanish side Albecete and it was believed that he will make an official move to Hearts.
The statement read:"? | @HeartsOfOakGH wants to notify the general sporting public that we have not signed Ghana International Sulley Muntari as it's being reported by the media. Sulley is a great player and a friend of the club. We will continue to unveil the players we have signed."
