Hearts of Oak have resumed training today to continue preparations ahead of the start of the new season.
Coach Kim Grant took the players through their paces in a morning session as they look to regain their fitness.
The team broke camp on Tuesday 19th June 2019 after their elimination in the Normalization Committee tier one league.
The Phobians were defeated by Asante Kotoko on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
The defeat meant that Hearts missed out on the ticket to represent Ghana on the continental stage.
