Hearts of Oak set to play lower-tier side Saba FC ahead of Bofoakwa Tano clash

Hearts of Oak of the Ghana Premier League will play Saba FC a lower division side in a friendly match on Tuesday at the Kpobiman Sports Complex.

Prior to their match day three match against Bofoakwa Tano, head coach Martin Koopman, and his players test their preparedness and fitness against Saba FC.

The Phobians recently defeated Nsoatreman FC to earn their first victory of the current league season. Kashala Ramos scored for Hearts of Oak in the 7th minute and Philip Owusu of Nsoatreman was sent off in the 33rd minute.

The Accra-based club took to their social media platforms to make the announcement.

“We continue with our preparations for our next match with a friendly against Saba football club to be played this afternoon at our Kpobiman Sports Complex at 3pm.:, the club posted on Tuesday morning.

Hearts of Oak after two games in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League is 10th with three points.
