Hertha Berlin head coach, Pal Dardai has indicated that he has no doubt new signing Kevin-Prince Boateng will be a key player for his team next season.
The Ghana international last month sealed a sensational return to the German Bundesliga where he signed for his boyhood club.
Although there have been concerns over his fitness, Hertha Berlin head coach Pal Dardai says he is confident the attacker will manage in the upcoming season to have an impact.
“He worked quite a bit. That leaves its mark. Offensive, his passes are just great. That brings us further. But defensively, he has to do more when he's fresh and fit. He's a professional and will get it,” the coach said after his team’s draw against Hannover 96.
Next season, Coach Pal Dardai says he expects KP Boateng to add goals as well as assist to push Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga.
"Goal participation, last pass, penultimate pass, calm the team, that's what he's there for," he noted.
