Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has described Gladson Awako as a very good player with enormous quality.
The highly-rated attacking midfielder has been a transfer target of the Phobians for the past few weeks as the team targets strengthening their squad for the 2021/2022 football season.
Speaking to Silver FM in an interview, coach Samuel Boadu has confirmed that Gladson Awako will be part of his team next season.
“Yes, it is true that Gladson Awako will be part of Hearts of Oak squad next season. I recommended him to the Hearts of Oak management and Board of directors,” the gaffer shared.
Coach Samuel Boadu further spoke highly of Gladson Awako while insisting that the forward will improve his team next season.
“He is a very good with enormous qualities which will help us in our next season's campaign,” the coach added.
In the just-ended Ghana Premier League season, Gladson Awako was a star not only for Olympics but one of the best in the league as well.
He netted six goals and provided seven assists at the end of the campaign.
