Highly-rated defender Michael Ampadu edges closer to sealing Hearts of Oak move

Ghanaian defender, Michael Ampadu is set to complete his anticipated move to Hearts of Oak this week.

According to the information gathered, the defender has passed a mandatory medical examination ahead of the move to become a Phobian.

However, the player is yet to agree to the personal and monetary terms of the contract being offered by Hearts of Oak.

Checks with closed sources indicated that the current arrangement in place is 70% complete and should be finalised in the next few days.

Defender Michael Ampadu is being signed by Hearts of Oak to replace Konadu Yiadom who has joined Ukrainian club Kryvbas Football Club.

Hearts of Oak are expected to bring in a few more players after the signing of Michael Ampadu.

The club is keen on reinforcing the squad of the team to ensure the club has a strong squad to compete for trophies during the 2023/24 Ghana football season.
