Huddersfield part ways with director Moss after four months

Huddersfield Town have parted ways with their head of football operations David Moss after just four months.

The ex-Celtic scout oversaw the Terriers vast recruitment over the summer, in which they brought in 10 players, including the £11.4m club-record signing of Steve Mounie from Montpellier.

Despite an excellent start to the campaign, the club announced on Monday that Moss had departed Town by mutual consent.

The statement read: "Huddersfield Town can today confirm that Head of Football Operations David Moss has vacated his role at the club by mutual consent.

"The club will now begin the search for a new Head of Football Operations. Everyone at Huddersfield Town would like to wish David all the best in his future endeavours."
