‘I don’t know what to do again’ - King Faisal owner Alhaji Grusah on poor run of form

Owner and bankroller of King Faisal Alhaji Grusah says he does not know why his side has declined in form in the ongoing campaign since he has been performing his responsibilities at the club.

The Isha Allah boys who had a descent start to the campaign are currently struggling having gone five games without a win.

They lost 1-0 to Berekum Chelsea in their outstanding Ghana premier League match at the Baba Yara Stadium last Thursday.

According to him, he keeps performing his responsibilities as a club owner by paying salaries and winning bonuses yet the results have been bad.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with the players, you should ask them yourself because I have been performing my responsibilities. Even before our game against Chelsea, I increased the winning bonuses from GHC300 to GHC400. So, I don’t know what to do again” he said after the game.

Meanwhile, he has expressed optimism about the club’s survival in the Ghana Premier League.

“We will escape relegation at the end of the season. People thought we would be relegated last season but it didn’t happen, we have about 11 games to end the campaign and we hope to change the narrative”

King Faisal sits 11th position on the league table with 29 points after 24 matches into the season.
