High-performance specialist at FIFA Global Football Development Division, Faisal Chibsah says he wants to see Black Stars improve under returnee coach, Otto Addo.

Addo, a former Ghana international has been reappointed as the head coach of the senior national team on a 34-month deal with an option of 24 month deal.

The Black Stars after an abysmal performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Ivory Coast will hope to return to winning ways when they take on Nigeria and Uganda in international friendly games at the Stade de Marrakech in Morocco.

Ahead of the games, Faisal says he is expecting an improved performance from the team and other games.

"I want to see improvement after every game. We are playing Nigeria and Uganda in a friendly game and I want to see improvement after every game," he told Asempa FM as monitored by Footballghana.com.

"From game one, I want to see improvement and clarity and I believe that when things are done right, we will get there," he added.

Otto Addo is being assisted by Joseph Laumann and John Paintsil as the first and second assistant coaches with Fatawu Dauda as the goalkeeper's trainer.

The Black Stars is slated to reignite its historic rivalry with the Super Eagles on Friday, March 22, followed by a match against Uganda's Cranes on Tuesday, March 26.
